Our founder and C.E.O. Clayton Rocha have held various leadership positions for more than 42 years with Caterpillar Inc, and 21 years working in CAT Financial and Division of used Equipment until retirement in 2015. As soon as he retired from Caterpillar INC, he was hired to be regional director at IronPlanet, the best online auction company for used equipment, and developed experience selling equipment on digital platforms. With the acquisition of IronPlanet by Richie Bros, the world's largest machine and heavy equipment auction company, Clayton was redirected to Commercial Manager for all Central and South America where he obtained an expressive network. Mr. Clayton experience and knowledge gained in some of his various positions, Customer Service, and excellent networking combined with his experience in getting to know the used machine market are key to the company's success. building team dynamics add value to the company's operations strategy.

Our V.P. of Operations has an extensive background in Finance and already coordinated the operations of several companies in Brazil assuming the position of head of operations for US Global Equipment Solutions. He also has an excellent connection with several freight companies helping our client with logistics providing good solutions at low cost prices in order to move machines to any destination around the world.
